1. Account Registration

  1. Users must create an account to book a ride. By creating an account, you must agree to provide correct and updated information.

  2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

2. Service Access and Usage

  1. MagadhCab offers transportation services through online booking. However, these services are dependent on the availability of vehicles and drivers in your location.

  2. MagadhCab reserves the right to deny service at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, availability, or service restrictions in certain areas.

Booking Status

MagadhCab aims to make the booking process smooth and user-friendly. Once a booking is made, you can track its status through various tabs available on your user dashboard:

Transaction/Payment History

  1. After each successful payment, a record of your transaction will appear in your account under Payment History. Please review this section to confirm successful payments.
  2. Any discrepancies must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours.

Confirmed Booking

  1. A confirmed booking indicates that a driver has been assigned to your ride, and all details will be available in your booking confirmation.
  2. You will receive a notification for confirmed bookings via email and SMS. Please assure that your contact information is accurate and fresh.

Booking/Trip History

  1. Users can access past bookings and trip details in the Booking History section. This includes completed trips, cancellations, and refunds, if applicable.
  2. Trip history is stored for a limited period and may be accessed to review previous trips, payments, and customer service requests.

Upcoming Booking

  1. Any confirmed rides scheduled for a future date will be listed under Upcoming Bookings.
  2. Users can modify or cancel upcoming bookings within the guidelines specified below.

Exclusive Offers

  1. MagadhCab provides exclusive offers, discounts, and promotions to loyal customers. These offers are non-transferable and must be used by the specified expiration date.
  2. MagadhCab reserves the right to cancel or modify offers without prior notice.

Cancellation and Returns

1. Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations must be made directly through the website or app. If you cancel a confirmed booking within the allowed time frame, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a waiver of cancellation fees.
  2. Cancellation requests made after the specified time limit may incur a cancellation fee, as indicated during the booking process.
  3. In case of an unforeseen delay or service unavailability, MagadhCab reserves the right to cancel your booking, in which case you will receive a full refund.

2. No-show Policy

  1. If you fail to arrive at the pickup point within the grace period (as specified in your booking), it will be considered a no-show, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are issued in the event of cancellations made within the allowed period or for trips canceled by MagadhCab due to driver unavailability or safety concerns.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

2. Partial Refunds

  1. If you cancel a ride after the grace period or request a change that incurs additional costs, a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable fees.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Cancellations made outside the allowed time window, as well as instances of no-shows, are not eligible for refunds. Exclusive offers and discounted rides are also non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

MagadhCab endeavors to provide a safe and pleasant travel experience. However, we are not liable for delays, accidents, or other occurrences beyond our reasonable control. MagadhCab holds no responsibility for the personal belongings of passengers left in the vehicles. We recommend safeguarding your valuables at all times.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

MagadhCab reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be accessible on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions before each use.
